Continue to communicate with the patient ensuring their needs are met
Help schedule appointments on the patient’s behalf at trusted medical facilities
Review medical reports to ensure that treatment is appropriate and that the patient is making a good recovery
Liaise between the patient and employer to ensure a seamless transition back to work
