Make a difference by working for CLCA maritime

At CLCA Maritime, our strength is our people. We view success as building a network of healthcare professionals all around the UK, and from overseas, that have the same goal to make a difference to the lives of patients and clients. Our quality is heavily dependent on the people we choose to carry out our services and our standards are high. The successful applicant must be compassionate in the role, reliable and enthusiastic about delivering a high standard of care. He or she will have experience in the required healthcare field and yet will be passionate about learning new skills for the enhanced roles that are essential for the provision of our scope of care.

In order to ensure quality services we recognise that as an employer, we must do our part by giving our employees work that is meaningful to their lives, as well as being an important part of the lives of others.

All of our healthcare staff must maintain clinical currency and competencies and will require to have up-to-date Mandatory and Statutory Training certificates. This is crucial for us to ensure quality care and to deliver trusted services that are safe for our clients.

We offer opportunities to undertake a wide variety of mandatory and specialist training, in-house and run by CLCA. Each study day involves a combination of classroom teaching and practical activities to guarantee that the standards our clients deserve are achieved. Our recruiting and application processes are very thorough, but lead seamlessly in to a longer term ongoing education program and career opportunities for those interested in long term employment in the patients transport and medical solutions services.
